Silver Rainbow aims to build the capacity of aged care services to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) older people.
The program provides coaching, coaching, training and tailored support to aged care organisations to adopt inclusive policies and practices.
Silver Rainbow is designed for the aged care workforce, to increase their awareness and understanding of the needs of LGBTI older people and build capability to provide sensitive, trauma-informed and quality care.
